    We are looking for a person, preferably a woman, to create YouTube Shorts and Reels for our YouTube channels and social media profiles. We will provide the scripts in Hindi (Also English or Bengali). Your role is simply to record videos while speaking on camera (face visible).

    Requirements:

    • Good video setup (a quality smartphone camera is acceptable)
    • Clear, noise-free audio with a good microphone
    • Proper lighting for professional video quality

    After recording, you will need to send the final videos to us.

    Work volume:

    • 4–5 videos per month initially
    • Number of videos may increase in the future

    Video length:

    • Maximum duration: 3 minutes per video

    Requirements:

    • Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro or any industry-standard video editing software
    • Ability to source and creatively use relevant footage from YouTube, stock websites, and social media
    • Skilled in creating high-converting video ad creatives for platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other ad networks
    • Creative storytelling and strong visual sense
