IMPORTANT: The old domain was suspended by the domain registrar in FEB, 2025 due to copyright issues filed by a brand. The website has now moved to the new domain, and a few modifications have been made to prevent such copyright issues in the future.
What They Do?
Concord Services is a home appliance repair centre in Kolkata that has been operating since 1987. They provide doorstep repair and maintenance services for various appliances like air conditioners, refrigerators, televisions, microwave ovens and washing machines of all brands and models. They claim to offer world-class service.

Initial Challenges
The website domain concordservices.co.in was only 2 years old. Previously no effective SEO was done and it has got almost no traffic at the time of undertaking the project.
The website was static and built using a freely available HTML template.
It lacked SEO-optimized content for different categories of services. Clear calls to action, lead generation forms, and an overall user interface were very difficult for a newbie user.
Since SEO involves all these things, I decided to redesign the entire website using the most popular and SEO-friendly CMS, WordPress.
My Strategies:
- Redesigned the website using WordPress for faster maintenance
- Reoptimized already existing SEO content
- Fixed existing technical issues like www & non-www, HTTP to HTTPS etc.
- Created a virtual silo structure
- In-depth keyword research & keyword grouping
- SEO-optimized content using entities & NLP terms
- Strategic internal linking
- Off-page SEO including directory submission, citations, link building, brand mentions etc.
