What They Do?
The client is a north Kolkata-based doorstep appliance repair service provider having service areas all over Kolkata and surrounding areas like Salt Lake, New Town, Barasat, Barrackpore, Howrah etc. They offer repair & installation services for ACs, fridges, microwave ovens & geysers.
Initial Challenges:
Brand new website and Google ads account.
My Strategies:
- Got Google ads verified with the required documents
- Designed the whole website focusing on overall user experience to increase the conversion rate
- Added conversion tracking code using Google tag manager
- Used form submission, phone number click and WhatsApp as a conversion source
- Unique ad copy & required assets that get higher CTR
- Single variable A/B split test
